Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date for orders placed on Coconu.com. To start a return, email support@coconu.com with your order number. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll process your refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days from receipt of your return for the refund to post.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
